Dear maam/sir:
Greetings!
The three student institutions in the university, the University Student Council (USC), Outcrop, and the
Council of Leaders (CL), along with the Alliance of Concerned Students (ACS) as the main proponent of
the amendments, share the mandate of serving for the students and maximizing their involvement in the
issues in and out of the university. In line with their commitment to the studentry, these student
organizations conducted discussions and drafted a paper of their proposed amendments to the 2012
Diliman Code of Student Conduct and the existing 2007 UPB Student Handbook.
In connection to this, these united student formations organized a university-wide student assembly to
discuss the amendments and consult the student body in upholding our unified stand. The assembly
will be held on 13 March 2015, from 1:30 PM 4:30 PM, at the UPB Parking Lot.
Having said this, we would like to invite your class to attend the student assembly. We look forward
for your positive response and solidarity with our goal of maximizing the student involvement among our
constituents. Thank you!
In service to the studentry,
ANGELA LAUZON
