Manufacturing Process

TYPE

A center distance between the two bearing bars adjacent to

each other is called Pitch of bearing bar.
Standard pitch is 12.5mm, 15mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35.3mm and
40mm by the use.

This is a readily available material for general usage and is

manufactured under strict quality control.

Pitch of Cross Bar

A center distance between the two cross bars adjacent to each
other is called Pitch of cross bar, and its standard is 100mm.
Both ends are divided by the width. The standard pitch of cross
bar having 150mm wide-trench of U-type grating is 80mm.
Since the pitch of cross bar is manufactured by a scale ranging
from 50mm up to around 150mm according to its usages, your
consultation is cordially invited, if desired.

I-Bar Grating
In comparison with other material of the same weight, this is
very economical as well as good aesthetic gratings.

Serrated Grating
This model, with the surface of a FLAT-BAR serrated, is
designed for foot steps and in particular it is best suitable for
non-slip stair-treads used in slippery places such as refinery
plants, oil tankers as well as in steep slope or heavy snowfall
area.

Non Standard Requirement

It is important to note that when there is no lateral restraint provided by the support structure, a minimum of four clips per panel
must be used to restrain floor panels. Where larger panels are to be fixed it is advisable to use extra clips on any available intermediate supports.

Coating By Hot-Dip-Galvanizing

In the air, under the water, in the soil and even

within concrete mixtures, Hot dip galvanizing
displays magnificent and consistent anti-rust and
anti-corrosive characteristics.

Products coated by the hot zinc galvanizing method

possess ideal properties. They form an anti-rust film
for iron/steel and, is most economic when
compared to any other method of treatment as it
displays anti-rust durability against rust in the air,
under water, in the soil and concrete mixtures.

3. Hot-Dip Galvanizers Standing Years

1. Works to Protect the skin-film:

Ranging from electric power and communication
uses, such as iron-tower for power transmission
lines, electric pole and other electric power
machinery, to engineering works, architecture,
agriculture, livestock and fisheries zinc-coated
products are utillised in various fields of industry,
and thus zinc-coating has become indispensible to
our daily needs in modern life.

A delicate, thin film is created on the surface of the melted

zinc skin and this obstructs the process of corrosion thereafter.

2. Sacrificial Devotion to Anticorrosive:

In case the surface film of zinc coating is damaged for any
reason, the iron/steel corrosive effect will be kept under
control, due to the action of the zinc surround, which
becomes positive ionizing, and thus, functions in a selfsacrificial manner acts as an anticorrosive in order to
protect the iron/steel material by the effect of electrochemical action.
Such zincs sacrificial action as an anticorrosive for iron/steel
is a specific character which zinc possesses.
