Would like to see more access pathways through the food forest, not just along the food forest
Of the two configurations presented, we like Layout #1 (zig zag pattern)
Would like 12 beds in total (can we squeeze a couple more in?)
Of the two bed designs presented, we like the back saver (3 level style)
One wheelchair accessible bed? (Alternatively, could we cut lumber for, and have it on hand to raise
up a bed if necessary?)
To make transportation easier, perhaps we can have the Beaverbrook students cut all the wood for
us, and we can assemble on the day of the build?
We would need a couple of build supervisors to direct this activity
We would like to see a notice board on the shed, and a more detailed drawing of where the
compost area will be
Is there still going to be a pathway leading up to the backstop from the SE corner?
Tentative Plan B: remove 2 bands of shale one for food forest, one for garden beds (if plan
A doesnt work)
Plumbing
Vanessa to reconnect with Arena, City and plumber to make sure we have the right specs.
Need to confirm where the irrigation line would run
Need to confirm that the irrigation work would also be compatible with a future rink
Plan for a mid-May installation (depending on funding approval)
Signage
Would be nice to have someone design up a logo for a sign, or potentially create a sign for
the garden as an art piece
Need someone to spearhead this initiative no volunteers
Work with IDA?
