RAPID COMPLETION OF FORMS ONLINE

Case Reporting provides a secure online alternative to the current
paper-based forms clinical teams are using. Forms can follow the
same workflow as the paper-based document, so the user will
have only a small learning curve when moving to our electronic
case reporting application. Additionally, the forms can be adapted
easily to meet specific organizational requirements for optimal
workflow, unlike paper-based forms.
With an online form, information that is not relevant to the
patient is hidden and only shown when a corresponding
answer requires it. This reduces the cluttered appearance
often seen on paper forms. Attachments such as images
and PDFs can be added to the form to provide an enriched
patient summary. If required, annotations can be added to
these attachments.
Illegible paper-based forms that are missing key information
or have been lost in the mail are no longer an issue. Our online
forms can enforce compulsory fields so a clinician cannot send an
incomplete form. Forms can be saved, retrieved and completed
when all the required information is at hand.

Our Case Reporting solution provides users with an accurate
and complete list of Case Reports that are in progress as well
as those that have already been completed and sent.
Once a report is completed and sent, it is stored in our data
repository so it can be retrieved at a later date. This provides
a permanent record of all Case Reports and allows for fast
retrieval and modification if required.
Regardless of whether the patient has an existing electronic
patient record with your organization or not, demographic
information recorded in the form allows the form to be
searchable if needed again.
