Job description- Project Manager with Commercial talent in an

international L&D environment.


Role: Curriculum Director is a Grade C or D learning professional, within the
Partner cluster of the Curriculum department at Capgemini University. This
department is responsible for managing and publishing training content for all of
our consultants across the Group to build their capabilities around technologies
provided by our partners including EMC (Pivotal & VMWare), HP, IBM, Oracle,
Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google, NetSuite and Salesforce. The Curriculum
department Director works closely with Global Channels and Partners and
Community & Practice Leaders stakeholders to ensure that we promote training
on the latest products and technologies, across the Group that supports the
needs of our clients.The Partners cluster is responsible for 12 of our strategic and
portfolio partners, its challenge is continually delivering the right training, to the
right people, using the right and most engaging methods.

Main responsibilities:
Develops and maintains the relationship with the Global Channels and
Partners (GC&P) team
Aligns global curriculum with GC&P Executives on strategic initiatives and
priorities
Building relevant capabilities across the group to support the sales targets
Ensures curriculum is strongly sponsored by the Business
Translates business needs into learning specifications
Assesses the effectiveness of learning solutions for the Business
Proactively advises the business stakeholder on learning solution and
pedagogical aspects (with NGL Lab when necessary)
Leveraging internal and external sources to guide learners toward the
training they need
Defines the curriculum deployment plans with the SBUs
Reports back over the overall curriculum status (monthly and quarterly)
Oversees the maintenance and retirement of learning solutions
Coordinates marketing/communications and promotional campaigns with
University Marketing/Communications and GC&P Marketing teams
Constructing business cases and make necessary content updates
Manage the program/course development budget (when applicable)
Responsible for the pool of facilitators (when applicable)
Responsible for reporting the status of the overall curriculum
Identification of content matter experts & subject matter experts
Maintenance of learning solutions
Conducting pilot for courses together with the NGL Lab
