1. Promotion begins February 6, 2013 and ends 11:59 PM ET February 21,
2013. E-mailed entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET February 21, 2013.
Mail in entries must be postmarked by February 21, 2013 and received by
February 25, 2013. To enter, complete the entry form printed in The Times of
Trenton and mail it to The Times/NJSO Sweepstakes, 413 River View Plaza,
Trenton, NJ 08611 or e-mail your name, address and daytime phone number to
NJSOSweepstakes@njtimes.com. One entry per person and one entry per e-mail
address. Entry forms will also be available to download at www.nj.com/times.
Entries that are lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postagedue, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of
hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or
incompatibility at Sponsors servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor,
in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with
the entry process or the operation of the Web site. Use of bots or other
automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at
the sole discretion of sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel,
terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned,
including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a
dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of
the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder
is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
2. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and Two (2) potential Runner-up
winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 26, 2013
and will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. If any potential winner cannot
be contacted, does not respond within one (1) day, or the prize or prize
notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights
to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the
judges are final and binding in all respects.

The Grand Prize is four (4) orchestra-level tickets to the New Jersey Symphony
Orchestra Mendelssohns Italian concert on March 8, 2013 at 7:30 PM at
Patriots Theater at the Trenton War Memorial in Trenton, New Jersey. The
approximate retail value of the First Prize package is $240. Transportation,
accommodation and other expenses not included.
The Runner-Up Prize is two (2) orchestra-level tickets to the New Jersey
Symphony Orchestra Mendelssohns Italian concert on March 8, 2013 at
Patriots Theater at the Trenton War Memorial in Trenton, New Jersey. The
approximate retail value of each runner-up prize is $120. Transportation,
accommodation and other expenses not included.
3. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. Open only to legal residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania who are 18
years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their
immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible.
5. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside New
Jersey and Pennsylvania and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may
result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the
administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation
mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may
modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion
without liability.
6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize not
transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor in which case a prize
of equal or greater value will be substituted.
7. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or
returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send
you commercial messages, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry
form.
8. By entering the promotion, each entrant releases and discharges the
Sponsor, judging organization (if applicable), and any other party associated
with the development and administration of this promotion, their parent,
subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors,
members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents,
representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, Sponsor Entities) from
any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion, including
without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or
actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death,
damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy,
defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, Claims). Except where

prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners names

and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further
compensation; (ii) acceptance of prize constitutes a release by any winner of the
Sponsor Entities of any and all Claims in connection with the administration of
this promotion and the use, misuse or possession of any prize; (iii) potential
winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social
security number) and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be
returned within one (1) day of attempted notification or an alternate winner may
be chosen.
9. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to The
Times/NJSO Sweepstakes, 413 River View Plaza, Trenton, NJ 08611 after
February 27, 2013 but before August 27, 2013. The Sponsor of this
