Supporters of the two Monmouth County-owned nursing homes hold up signs during a meeting last week at which the county

LAKEWOOD Yaakov Rosenberg is one happy guy.

The 21-year-old rabbinical student doesnt drive,

which makes getting around town a chore. When he

do here in every kind of weather.
But there he was Tuesday, wearing a smile that belied
the dreary, drizzly morning, zipping downtown on the

A rough timeline has the sale of the nursing homes
happening sometime this summer, according to information discussed when the Monmouth County Board of
Chosen Freeholders introduced its budget Thursday.
But much needs to happen between now and then.
