Sinclus adopts a strict Quality Control before submission of CV to
the Project on the basis of the job description provided by the client
which ensures least rejections.
The responsibilities and duties involved are as : Shall use its best endeavors to ensure quality and efficiency, so
as to attain full compliance with all the requirements of
Company.
If asked for, shall advise on the most appropriate print media
coverage, coordinate responses, assess applicant suitability, and
conduct preliminary interviews.

Maintaining a Check-list as per the Project requirement E.g.: To screen the Applicant on their qualification and experience by
the Technical Team
To check on the authenticity of the experience certificates and
verify as and when required
To check Applicants attitude and English ability (if required from
Project site)
To organize specific trainings if asked
To arrange for Trade Tests for various skills as required.
To check on the validity of Passports / if ban on respective
countries / age criteria

Technical Screening
The Technical capabilities of sourced candidates are judged by
Technical Recruiters for their skill levels required initially by scanning
the Resumes and later the applicant may be called to the office or in
some cases by Telephonic conversation where personal attendance
is not possible. The Screening is based on the Job Profile provided
by the client and upon satisfactory outcome based on scales
decided mutually the short listing of the applicants are done.

Joining
On completion of Health Checkups and accepting the offer by
applicant we arrange for joining procedures which includes assuring
the applicants joining and avoid declining after completing the whole
procedure which is a measure concern. We also provide logistics
support to the applicant for smoothening the process which includes
mobilization and demobilization allowances.
