Preface
As a curriculum part of Master of Business Administration programmed all students studying
in their 4th Semester, required to complete a task of doing project report on particular
country.
By studying International Marketing Management, students know theoretical fundamentals
about the Imports, Exports, International Trades and barriers for trades and so on. But by
working on up to date study on country as a whole we can have further ideas about business
environment and situation of that particular country.
The major objective behind to assigning country project per students is to make them aware
about the Nations factor advantages for the product, feasibility of products, policies and
appreciation given by the particular govt., etc.
Students also require formulating strategic plan for venturing in new business in that
particular country.
Here we have gone through accomplishment of our brief study report on Singapore Country.
We studied history, geography, demographics, culture, politics and combination of them all.
We also suggest .Business Strategy for Venturing develop electric car in Singapore.
The report has tremendous size of learning value. We found vast improvement in our
knowledge at international level, we can further feel that we have step upwards on this ladder
called International Marketing Management.

throughout the project and for widening the horizons of our thinking. He was constantly in
touch with us to solve our doubts and guided us in the right direction. We are grateful to him

involvement in project work. They always here with us when we needed any type of

Executive Summery

Here we have to make one research project, which include Economical, Political, Technical,
Geographical, Demography etc. information of any particular country and find out the
potential market to introduce or launch new product under that environmental elements.

Objective:
1. To find out cultural dimension of the country.
2. To study the in depth scenario for launching a new product.
3. To become awareness about international paradigm shift of the economy.
4. To expand the knowledge of various fields towards the real situation prevailing
world.
