PEPPER
Pepper components are Manganese,Vitamin K,Copper,Fiber,Calcium and Chromium.
Pepper (Piper nigrum)stimulates the taste buds in such a way that an alert is sent to
to the stomach to increase hydrochloric acid secretion, thereby improving digestion.
Hydrochloric acid is necessary for the digestion of proteins and other food
components in the stomach. When the body's production of hydrochloric acid is
insufficient, food may sit in the stomach for an extended period of time, leading to
heartburn or indigestion, or it may pass into the intestines, where it can be used as
a food source for unfriendly gut bacteria, whose activities produce gas, irritation,
and/or diarrhea or constipation.Pepper has long been recognized as a carminitive, (a
substance that helps prevent the formation of intestinal gas), a property likely due
to its beneficial effect of stimulating hydrochloric acid production. In addition, black
pepper has diaphoretic (promotes sweating), and diuretic (promotes urination)
properties.Black pepper has demonstrated impressive antioxidant and antibacterial
effects--yet another way in which this wonderful seasoning promotes the health of
the digestive tract. And not only does black pepper help you derive the most benefit
from your food, the outer layer of the peppercorn stimulates the breakdown of fat
cells, keeping you slim while giving you energy to burn.
MABOLO
Mabolo components are Calories,Protein,Fat,Carbohydrates,Fiber and Sugar.The
fruit is also considered a fairly good source of iron and calcium and a good source of

and thiamin (vitamin B-1). These vitamins are essential in the sense that body
requires them from external sources to replenish.

MANGOSTEEN
The importance of Mangosteen:

occurring polyphenol compounds known as xanthones. There are two types of
xanthones in this fruit alpha mangosteen and gamma mangosteen. Xanthones

Thyme contains dietary fiber,vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine), vitamin-C, vitamin-A,


iron, calcium, magnesium, and manganese .Thyme contains many important
essential oils, which are found to have anti-septic and anti-fungal
applications.Throat gargling with tepid thyme water or drinking few sips of
thyme tea may help relieve coughs, sore throat, and bronchitis symptoms.In the
pharmacy, thyme based formulations has been used as an anti-septic
mouthwash in the treatment of caries and gingivitis.
BASIL
Basil herb contains many polyphenolic flavonoids like orientin and vicenin.
These compounds were tested in-vitro laboratory for their possible anti-oxidant
protection against radiation-induced lipid per-oxidation in mouse liver. Vitamin K
in basil is essential for many coagulant factors in the blood and plays a vital role
