Lauren Franklin was an outstanding student in the EMT program who served as a role model for other students. She was diligent in her studies, worked well with others, and sought opportunities to learn. Staff at the hospital and EMS department mentioned her as a team player who was always willing to help. Lauren maintained a positive attitude and adapted well to new situations. The letter writer believes Lauren will be a great asset to any healthcare or customer service job after graduating from her EMT program.

I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Lauren Franklin. I have worked with many students in my teaching career, and Lauren stands out among them. Lauren was an outstanding example of what a student learning about Emergency Medical Services should be. Lauren provided a great example of what other students could look to so they too could succeed in the EMT Program. She was diligent in her studies and consistently worked well with all of the other students in the program. Lauren was mentioned frequently by staff at the hospital and within the EMS department as being a team player, and someone who never avoided a duty, but rather looked for opportunities to learn and grow, as a healthcare provider. Lauren maintained a great attitude throughout the program, and easily adapted to dealing with people she was meeting for the first time. Her communication and inter-personal skills are skills that I will look to instill into future students. In closing, I would like to say that when Lauren Franklin graduates from the MGH School of EMT, I believe she truly has promise working in the healthcare or customer service industries based on the behaviors she exhibited throughout the EMT Program. I believe she would be a tremendous asset to any agency or company with which she works.
Sincerely,
Tara Armatti UPHS School of EMT Course Coordinator
