employment opportunities for about 22,000 people in light and medium industries such as Electronics,
Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Food Processing, Precision Engineering, Data Centers, Fast
Moving Consumer Goods, Logistics & Warehousing and General Engineering Services. The Park
will offer Ready-Built Facilities and land plots for Build-to-Suit developments.

The fully landscaped Park has also set new benchmarks as a sustainable, well-designed integrated
development. It is the first tech park in Malaysia to be awarded Singapores Building and
Construction Authority (BCA)s Green Mark for Districts Gold (Provisional) Award. It is also the
winner of a Merit Award in the Master Planning Category by the Singapore Landscape Architect
Awards in 2013 for its ecologically-advanced landscape design.
