INTRODUCTION

This main goal of this project is presenting an original neighborhood which is

called the Totora residential, is located on the west of the city of Trujillo.
The avenues and streets of this residential area are : Razuri Avenue,
Manjares Avenue, Juan Pablo Street, Espaa Avenue, Estete Street, Grau
Street, Huascar Avenue, etc.
People here are very helpful and friendly, in general, is a good place to live, it
is safe and has several places to have fun with children, adolescents and
adults. it is a very interesting place for the variety of activities you can do
there is no need to go elsewhere, tourists are guaranteed a wonderful stay
and can enjoy the best tourist spots.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCATION:

El Cairo Museum :
It is located on the corner of Mineria Avenue and Grau Street.
Here, you can see different collections and objects of artistic,
cultural o

Historic and learn about this.

San Miguel Theatre :
It is located on the corner of Mineria Avenue and Manjares
Avenue.
In the theatre you can see several performances of plays
and musical, ballets , operas with your family or friends.
San Juan School :
It is located in Estete Avenue, in front of Pepito post office.
Here, the kids can play in the swings and do sports like
football or basketball.

The houses of the habitants

These are located in the Razuri Avenue.
Near the houses of the habitants you can find a theater, a
post office and a police station.

Vargas Llosa Book store

It is located between Juan Pablo Street and Huascar Street.

Specifically in front of the small park.

In the library you can find interesting books for the
University or School. They sell books, pens, notebooks and
rulers. Also, you can get prints.

The Fire Station Candelaria:

It is located behind the El Paraiso hotel , across Ciro

Alegra Street.
The fire station is accessible to all. Any emergency just
calls the number 222-834-587.

GIVING ADVICE TO TOURISTS

 You should take a camera.

Dont miss to participate in all the activities that make up this
residential.
You should taste the typical food of Trujillo like ceviche, Trujillana fish,
Kid with beans, etc.
You should use a Sunscreen because the sun is very strong.
You need to get a map to avoid getting lost.
You must know all the places that exist in the Torora Residencial as it is
one of the best places
You could go to "THE MORUMBI'S STADIUM" to see the different teams
playing football or other sports. The atmosphere is very exciting.
