    Development Cost @ Rs. 150/- X 54000 sq. ft.

    = Rs. 3.24 Cr.

    Brief Description of the Project:


    TRICHY is Tier 2 City with good scope for new concepts like Villament and
    Villas etc., The Project site is located on NH 45 with a good Highway view
    and very close vicinity of well known Educational Instituitions like SRM
    Medical College, MAM Engineering College, SRV Matriculation High School,
    Trichy Engineering College. There is immense scope for Housing Project in
    the immediate vicinity of the city. Hence PLATINA PROPERTIES ventured
    into this project of construction of Villa / Villament in this location.
