COMPANYS BACKGROUND
Rigaz Sdn Bhd was established in June, 1997. Founded by
En. Azahar Shamsuddin, Rigaz began initially as the main
supplier to Workline Systems Sdn Bhd a company licensed
by PETRONAS Berhad.
Eventually the company expanded to cover services with
primary concentration to the downstream sector of the oil and
gas industry. Rigaz had its major breakthrough upon being
appointed by Naza Kia Services Sdn Bhd (NAZA) as the
nominated company for the supply of Lubricant and
maintenance of all workshop equipment to all of their
branches and dealers.
As a nominated company, Rigaz with the consent of NAZA
has since appointed Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PDB) for
the supply of lubricant and other lubricant and sub-material
products. The appointment will span over five (5) years
extendable over another three (3) years.
Rigaz managed to develop for NAZA lubricants that are
specially blended for NAZA/KIA cars bearing NAZA logo.
Within the NAZA group of companies, Rigaz managed to
develop its branches and dealer further.
Rigaz business portfolios have now been expanded within the
oil and gas industry where the company has also venture into
the supply of diesel and other related petroleum product.
The experience of the Rigaz Management is not only limited
to the oil and gas industry, as the Management has
considerable amount of knowledge, experience and
management expertise in various business ventures
particularly in trading, construction and renovation.
Under the leadership of the Managing Director, the Company
plans to further expand into great potential areas especially in
the oil and gas related industry. Continuous marketing on
Rigaz services are currently being done to tap potential
business opportunities.

Iskandar Hussin is an entrepreneur with a diversified portfolio
of business which include Property Development, Investment
Holding, High Technology Audio Visual Equipment,
Telecomunication and Broadcasting products, Tin Can
Manufacturing, Teak Furniture and Fertilizer Supplier.
He had served as Director of several Public Listed
Companies listed on the KLSE Main Board which among
others includes MCB Holding Bhd. (Property Development),
Avenue Assets Bhd. (Investment Holding and Property
Development), CHG Industries Bhd. (Manufacturer of
playwood and molding product).
He is currently a director of Hwa Tai Industries Bhd. (Food
Manufacturing) and is a Substantial shareholder of Gadang
Holding Bhd. (Construction and Development).
He had successfully developed a number of housing
development schemes in Johor such as Taman Teratai (200
acres), Taman Ahmad Perang, Taman Aman, Taman Sena
and Taman Ulu Choh. He is currently developing 200 acres
mixed development project in Pokok Sena, Kedah and the
first phase of the Tanjung Tokong residential development in
