FCKrupa

FCKrupa(FKKRUPAKrupanaVrbasu)isfoundedin1983.Aclubislocatedinsmall
town Krupa na Vrbasu, near Banja Luka town in Republika Srpska (RS) entity in
BosniaandHerzegovina.FCKrupaiscompetinginSecondleaguegroupWestof
FSRSandisonthesecondplacerankingatthemoment(June2014).

FC Krupa possessed his own stadium with football turf field (artificial turf used to
surface a football field) and with grandstands for 1800 seating places out of 750
covered places. Stadium has supporting buildings (dressing rooms, substitutes
benches)

Purpose

FC Krupa main objective is to lead the successful development of football in the

region by working in partnership with key agencies and stakeholders to provide
qualityfootballopportunitiesforall.

This Concept Paper should be used as a solid start point in searching related
strategicbusinesspartner,benefactors,stakeholdersandfuturesponsorstohaving
the best possible football club structures providing high quality coaching and
developmentopportunities.

Club Development Project is made as a base for designing all complementary sub
projectsandotherrelatedactions.Foreachfutureassignedtaskadequatetermsof
reference,designdocumentsandtimetableshouldbeinaccordancewithStrategy
PlaninthisConceptPaper.

Football is the worlds most popular sport and has become a very international
businesstoday.Itisestimatedthat250millionpeoplearedirectparticipantsofthe
global game, and around 1.4 billion have an interest in it. E.g. English Premier
LeagueclubsareplayingfriendliestinAsiaorNorthAmericawithinpreseason,the
SupercoppaItalianatakesplaceinChina,matchesoftheSpanishPrimeraDivision
often start at noon to bind the Asian audience to the league, and players are
transferredfrequentlyaroundtheglobe.
The challenge for the domestic game and FC Krupa is to capture the positive
elements of the interest and growth in scale of the game, and turn them to the
benefitofthesportinacommercialsensetoensureourfinancialfuture.
Because football clubs can be seen as companies that sell a service to customers,
management of professional football clubs has become more important. Football
club have looked to overseas markets to increase their revenue streams and take
opportunitiesforthebusinessaspectsoffootballhave.

FC Krupa board prepared management plan and development model rely on
Project for Football Academy, School and Youth Camp. Including major
stakeholders there are related in one or another way with Project is essential
background.Majorgoalistosearchbusinesspartnerorsponsorsinterestedin,and
supportsabovementionProject.
Stakeholders from region will be gathered around project and provide different
rangeofservicesincludingtechnical,educationalandmedicinesupport,andexpert
servicesfromtheirspecificfieldofinterest.
Krupa na Vrbasu is placed near town Banja Luka. Banja Luka is the university,
economic, finance, political and administrative center of the Republika Srpska
entity, thesecond largest city after the capital Sarajevoin Bosnia and
Herzegovinaand by far the largest city in the northwest with the population of
about250000.Duetothatfactssomegreatadvantagese.g.nearestofFacultiesfor
sport and medicine, or medical clinics and institutes such as Institute of
Orthopedics, PhysicalMedicineandRehabilitation"DrMiroslavZotovi",couldbe
benefitintheProject.

FC Krupa management already started to build the relationships with the key
stakeholdersandmadecontactswithcertaininstitutionsthatwillsupportandjoin
usinourjourney.Mainpurposeishavingthebestpossiblefootballclubstructures
providinghighqualitycoachinganddevelopmentopportunitiesforallstakeholders
involvingintheProject.

In time, basic idea could be growth and extend to training process center with
facilities for preparation top athletes and sports club. Open fields, new
multifunctionalsportshall,highendgym,professionallyperformedsportsmassage
and kinesitherapy could be a new offer in a beautiful surrounding, clean air and
intactnature.

Asuccessfulfootballprogramwillprovideheroesandheroinestoattractandretain
youngpeopleinourgame.
Being an important part of any big club youth selections are receiving an ever
growing attention. In addition to the development in the game of football, the
primarygoaloftheAcademy/FootballSchoolistomotivateandguidetheyoung
and children towards their talents. We focus on discipline, communication,
educationanddevelopmentofmotorandfootballskillsinchildren.
We believe that football is a team game not an individual sport. Therefore, we
makeagreatemphasisoneachandeveryplayerscommitmenttoateamspirit,as
when a team outgrows individual performance and learns team confidence,
excellencebecomesareality.

Transmit the positive sport and life values ...

Footballschoolattendingchildrenatanearlyageshowedinterestinsports,sothey
could make better develop their skills through meaningful and wellplanned
training. Football School is a place of mutual communication between coaches,
athletesandparents.
Football school teaches players the techniques that will help them develop into
accomplishedandconfidentperformerswithcorrectattitude,bothonandoffthe
pitch.

FootballSchoolDatabackground
Banja Luka closest cities in the northwest region are Prijedor with 97.600
inhabitants and Biha, city in Federation entity of BiH, with 61.200 inhabitants.
Together with Biha area a whole northwest region of the country have about
1.000.000 inhabitants. Such a large population is great potential for future young
athletesinterestedinfootballgame.

IntheBanjaLukaareahas73primaryschools(outofthatinBanjaLukatownhas29
primary schools and 16 kindergarten) and 11 high and secondary schools and 2
SecondarySchoolCenters.Iadditiontothatithasonesecondaryschooldormand
onestudentcenterwithdorminBanjaLuka.

FCKrupaboardhaveopinionthatexistingofseriousandpopularfootballschoolin
the region with all supporting infrastructure and with opportunities for
advancementandevidentresults,willattractnumerouspotentialcandidatesfrom
theregion.

There are world-beaters out there and we will find and develop them.

Excellent football provision at every level is dependent on high standards being
accomplished through a comprehensive training and development program. The
training programs must evolve to meet fully the needs of all those involved in
footballatatimeofgreatchange.

Thegamecommandstheheartsandmindsofmillions.Thereisnomorepowerful
vehicle to take to young people a positive message of tolerance and respect (...)
There are, therefore, benefits for including the funding of football in all relevant
social exclusion and neighborhood renewal schemes and initiatives. Football can
helpdeliveronthefourkeyindicatorsofmorejobs,lesscrime,betterhealthand
improved educational attainment. Promote the role of football in the Social
Inclusion and Community Development agenda and promote the best practice in

lies in its grass roots that we have to preserve the local, regional and national identities of our game, always in

A clubs stakeholders include: supporters, sponsors, players, and the public.
Introducing sponsors into the clubs management can provide fresh impetus and
businessperception.

A genuine benefactors cash can be put to good use, such as improving

infrastructureandindoingso,takingthepressureoffotherfundraisingefforts.The
benefactor can act as the catalyst for empowerment, allowing the club to move
forwardanddevelopastrategyofownership.

Theconceptofstakeholdersisnotanewword,butthereareveryfewclubsthat
walk the talk and genuinely empower the people for whom the club is an
important part of their life. Without volunteer labour, youth football, supporters
andsponsors,theclubdoesnothavetruestakeholders.

A clubs executive should be structured around stakeholders with representation

from: the Board (if applicable); stakeholder groups (Supporters, Sponsors, local
youth organizations); representation from, but not all, of the management
committee (those responsible for the operational side of the club). To ensure
motivation and creativity remains at a peak, executive positions should be for a
definedperiodandcertainpositionsshouldcomeupforelection.

The board and leadership of FC Krupahave been working hard to get clear about
where we are, where we want to get to and what we need to do, to make the
transition. We have already started to build the relationships with the key

Management of FC Krupa is already made contacts with certain institutions and

organization that are operated and work in the field of football or close, and
prepared Related Memorandums of understanding, Contracts form as well as
lettersofintentforourfuturepartnersandbusinesssponsorship.

At a present FC KRUPA is a stable member of Second league group West of
Republic of Srpska football Association (FSRS Fudbalski Savez Republike Srpske)
withintentiontoachieveanextlevelinFSRSleaguecompetitionsandshiftedinthe
FirstLeagueofFSRSinthenextplayingseasons.Placinginupperpartofscoretable
inFirstLeagueofFSRSwillbeoneofexpectationinaccordancewithmanagement
plan.

FC Krupa main goal is to establish a platform for youth player growth in region,
supported with successful football program that including young football players
andchildrentrainedbyourcoachesinagebasedselections.

YouthCamp
Natural surrounding and existing sport facilities provide a good opportunities for
Youth Camp establishment. Camp has a special significance because it offers
different activities which can improve the overall performance of young football
players.

Guests and instructors will be from different fields, and they will give lectures in
ordertohelptheachievementofobjectivesconcerningthecontemporaryfootball
methodologies.
Its scheduled that Youth Camp would take place 4 times per year, once for each
season(spring,summer,autumnandwinter).

Facilities

It will be necessary that existing club infrastructure and facilities will grow up
towards structure changes and future growing shown in Concept Paper. Some of
minorupgradeswillbedoneinthenextperiod,suchascoveringofvisitorsplaces,
butotherplansofextendingrequiredmuchmoretimeandinvestment.

All planed extension and new facilities club management will be done by
themselves and supported with current main benefactor EKO EUROTIM. Project
designandallnecessarybuildingpermitsandadministrationpaperworksfornew
buildingsandfacilitieswillbepreparedbyFCKrupamanagement.

FortheYouthCamporganizationandneeds,asmallcampaccommodationwith10
bungalowsandwithcapacityof8beadsineach(80guestsintotal)willbebuilding
uprighttothestadiumandsportfields.

Itsplannedtobuildinganewgrasspitchwithsupportingbuildingsbesideexisting
onewithturffield.Newfieldwillbeequippedwithsupportingobjects.

TrainingProcessCenter
Planned expansion in the future will be building a new multifunctional sports hall
equipped with high end gym and latest in fitness technology and other necessary
rooms for training process center with facilities for preparation top athletes and
sportsclubinabeautifulsurrounding,cleanairandintactnature.

Open fields, new multifunctional sports hall, high end gym with latest fitness
technology, professionally performed sports massage including medical services
such as kinesitherapy, highquality orthopedic treatment or new orthopedic
treatment of sports injuries with Autologous Conditioned Plasma (ACP) treatment
(availableonSTETICclinic,ledbyheadofDepartmentDr.AleksandarJakovljevic),
couldbeatopofferinregion.

Estimate budget on annual basis for a new club structure and planned football
Academy and activities is about 300,000 Euro. About 20% of that sum will be
providedbyEKOEUROTIMCompany,currentclubsponsor.Allnewinfrastructure,
facilitiesandplanedbuildingswillbealsosupportedfromEKOEUROTIM.
Proposed stakeholders approach and future benefactor(s) would provide 80% of
estimatedannualbudget.
Potential benefactor(s) will have all adequate rights in management board and in
decisions making, as well, proportionally with level of investment. Related rights
and legal part, with precise contract clause and obligation, will be defined during
assignmentofagreement.

Football Club FK KRUPA Krupa na Vrbasu is founded in 1983. A club is located in

smalltownKrupanaVrbasu,nearBanjaLukatowninRepublikaSrpska(RS)entityin
BosniaandHerzegovina.

FCKrupaiscompetinginSecondleaguegroupWestofRepublicofSrpskafootball
Association (FSRS Fudbalski Savez Republike Srpske) and is on the second place
ranking at the moment (June 2014). About 90% of first team players are from U21
team. At present FC Krupa team have 4 coaches (1 UEFA Pro license, 1 UEFA A
license,1UEFABlicenseand1UEFAAgoalkipperlicense)withplantoextension
on1OcoacheswhenAcademyandFootballSchoolestablished.

Geography
Krupa na Vrbasu(Krupa on the Vrbas) is a small town nearBanja Lukain theBosanska Krajinain
RepublikaSrpska,BiHwithabout1300inhabitants.AdministrativelyKrupanaVrbasuisoneofthe
Banja Luka City county settlements. Krupa na Vrbasu is located on M16 motorway Jajce Banja
Luka,about25kmsouthfromBanjaLuka.ItissituatedatthepointwheretheVrbasRiverleaves
thecanyonandentersKrupskopolje,andwithitsleftsidetheKrupaRiverflowsinto.

The Krupa itself is a small river which joins the Vrbas in the canyon. The town is known for the
"Krupafalls",thewaterfallsinthetown.Indeedthecrystalclearwatersracingdownbetweenthe
traditionalwatermillsmakealovelysight.

Krupa na Vrbasu is the place with its outstanding natural and cultural values such as waterfalls,
mills and sources of the Krupa River, cave (Strikina peina), Monastery of St.Ilija(1289), wooden
churchfromXVIcenturyandthemedievalcityofGreben(1192),conditionedthedevelopmentof
excursion,religious,sportsandrecreation,scientific,agriculturalandfishingtourism.

After the waterfalls you can take a quick tour by the monastery a hike up to 'Greben', the old
watchtowers,whereyouhaveaveryspectacularviewovertheVrbascanyonandthetown.Alsoa
hike to the Krupa river source is not too challenging and always appreciated. When you're into
rockclimbing,youcanalsogoafewkmnorthdowntheVrbas,crosstheriveratthehangingbridge
toclimbupthestonebridge('kamenimost').

Climate
Banja Luka region has temperate continental climate with the prevailing influences from the
Pannonia plain, with harsh winters and warm summers. Situated in a basin at 164 m
(534.78ft)abovesealevel,wheretheDinaricAlpsfromthesouthdescendintothePannoniaBasin
in the north, It belongs to the Central European Time zone (GMT +1) and the average annual
temperaturereaches10,7C,theaverageJanuary0,8C,whereastheaveragetemperatureinJuly
reaches21,3C.

becameoneofthetopholdersofthedevelopmentoforthopedicsinRepublicofSrpskaforaveryshort
time,butalsothroughoutBosniaandHerzegovina.Ateamofdoctors,ledbyheadofDepartmentPrim
Dr.SlavkoManojlovic,gotthereputationthankstothegreatsacrificeforintroductionofmodern
methodsandknowledgeinthefieldoforthopedics,aswellaspatientsatisfactionwithservices.Priorityis
giventoorthopedicprocedureswithspecialemphasisonarthroplastyintervention(implantationof
artificialjoints)andarthroscopicsurgery.
OrthopedicDepartmenthas30hospitalbeds,dividedintocomfortable,airconditionedrooms,equipped
withTVreceivers.Withinthedepartmentthereisaroomforkinesitherapy,2ambulances,andoperating
blockwithtwosurgerytheatresandsterilization.

somediseasewithAutologousConditionedPlasma(ACP)treatmentisavailableonSTETICclinic,ledby
headofDepartmentDr.AleksandarJakovljevic.
Autologous Conditioned Plasma (ACP), also known asPlatelet Rich Plasma (PRP), is injections for the
treatment of difficult chronic Tendonitis around the hand and foot as well as for Tennis Elbow
(Epicondylitis), Achilles Tendonitis and Patellar Tendonitis. After the reduction process, the plasma
containing platelets with growth factors is injected into the injured tissue. A local anesthetic is used if
necessary. The entire process takes less than 30 minutes including drawing the patients blood
centrifugingitandtheninjectingtheplasmaportionintotheinjuredsite.
