Our payment terms:
Rs.21000/- as advance to be paid alongwith your confirmation letter.
Rs. Balance Rs. 21,000/- to be paid after conclusion of the workshop. and receipt of training
manuals.
Payment mode: Cheque to be drawn in favour of phenomenon consultants and to be deposited
into Current Account Number: 00062560008038 at any branch of HDFC Bank nearest to you.
Other terms:
1. Guest House to be arranged for faculty for the preparation phase (one day) and during the
workshop.
2. Arrangements for local transportation of faculty from guest-house/hotel to venue of
workshop to be arranged by your organisation.
3. All arrangements for conducting workshop including ZeNLP diet, LCD Projector and training
hall and speakers to play ZeNLP meditation music.

5. Air tickets from Ahmedabad to Chandigarg and return as per dates finalised by mutual
consent.
E-tickets to be emailed to us at ceo@tips4ceos.com alongwith your confirmation and advance.
6. Three of our co-ordinators from Chandigarh will attend the workshop as observers.

co-ordinators)
15. ten saplings each of Gulmohar tree, Ashoka tree and Neem-tree to be arranged for
conducting ZeNLP meditation exercise for all participants.
Zen diet details: (no salt/sugar or ice to be used or given separately)

Main Course:
Boiled Lentils ( Kabuli Chana (White Gram), Rajma (Averakai) (Baked Beans),
Boiled Vegetables ( Cauliflower, Beans, Capsicum, Green Peas, Laukee/Sorekai,)
Vegetable Salad ( Cucumber, Cabbage, Tomato, Spinach, Lettuce, green coriander, )
Sprouts ( Moong, Brown Chana /Bengal Gram/(Kadele Kaalu)

NO SALT OR PEPPER TO BE ADDED OR SERVED separately.
Only karela juice and mousambi juice to be werved throughout the one-day workshop
No sugar, salt, tea,coffee or nicotine is allowed into the training hall/lunch and no participant
can go out for lunch. No mobiles allowed into the classroom.
Confirmation of dates: Tentative date for training is on 30th March 2013. Confirmation of
exact dates will be communicated to you after receiving your confirmation letter and list
of dates suitable to your esteemed organisation.
