Introduction:
Meaning of Organization:
Organization is the foundation upon which the whole structure of management is built.
Organization is related with developing a frame work where the total work is divided into
manageable components in order to facilitate the achievement of objectives or goals. Thus,
organization is the structure or mechanism (machinery) that enables living things to work
together. In a static sense, an organization is a structure or machinery manned by group of
individuals who are working together towards a common goal. Alike 'management', the term
'organization' has also been used in a number of ways. Broadly speaking, the term 'organization'
is used in four different senses: as a process, as a structure of relationship, as a group of persons
and as a system.

Meaning of Organization study:


Organizational study is an effort towards understanding the organization, its policies,
structure and methodology adopted. It gives us brief description of the overall functioning of the
company or organization.
Considering on human behavior plays important role in current organization management
process, organization study focuses on behavior issues beyond working environment in
organization. Through analysis the factors, include of individual, group, leadership, and
organization structure and development, organization study helps us to promote organization

An organization is a consciously coordinated social entity, with a relatively identifiable
boundary, that functions on a relatively continuous basis to achieve a common goal or set goals.
The words consciously coordinated imply management. Social entity means that the unit is
composed of people or groups of people who interact with each other.
An organization has a relatively identifiable boundary. This boundary can change over time,
and it may not always be perfectly clear, but a definable boundary must exist in order to
distinguish members from non-members. It tends to be achieved by explicit or implicit contract
between members and their organizations
People in an organization have some continuing bond. This bond, of course, does not mean
lifelong membership. On the contrary, organizations face constant change in their membership,
although while they are members, the people in an organization participate with some degree of
regularity.
Finally, organizations exist to achieve something. These somethings are goals, and they
usually are either unattainable by individuals working alone or, if attainable individually, are
achieved more efficiently through group effort. While it is not necessary for all members to

endorse the organizations goals fully; our definition implies general agreement with the mission

Employees can quit, but they can be replaced so that the activities they perform can be carried
on.

information related to the project was also taken from the internet.

The study focuses on the overall structure of the organization. This study emphasis on
analyzing the overall functioning of the functional departments and understand the organization
structure, leadership style, polices procedures, process of the organization.

Time is one of the limitations so the intensive study of the concern is hardly

6.1 FINDINGS

The study is carried out to meet the challenges faced by the company in the market.

There were limitations like time constraints, employees unwillingness towards providing
information regarding the company, unavailability of record or log books which could
have been a great help towards this report effort, managers do not have time to respond.

Competition is severe in this specific segment and hence there is constant threat from
other existing companies as well as the new entrants to this field.

The team at Nueva Jobs is planning towards other ventures in similar domain.

Companys awareness was strongly felt through advertisement.

HR Department:

Employee turnover rate is high and this is mainly because of the low salary and lack of
other employee welfare schemes implemented by the company.

Unpleasant working conditions and job security is also the major reasons towards

HR recruitment process followed in the company is slightly crude, most of the

and experienced personnel.

Employees in HR department were very much co-operative and co-ordinated with the
other departments very well.

They were also successful in creating considerable amount of awareness of the company

6.2 SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS:
Like any other company in this sector Nueva Jobs faces similar odds, such as employee
turnover and severe competition at the market, however it is recommended that the company
provides employees with better welfare activities and a better pay grade as compared to their
counter parts in the similar industry, so the most valuable resource in the company ie, human
resource stays intact with the company for a longer time.

Company may find more means of improvement into the field of exchange of
information

Communication is an area of concern for the employers, and it is recommended that the
company looks towards this, as in todays world communication is very important.

It is better to have a strong marketing department for making the new marketing strategies,
in order to face competition in the future.

Flexible timings can be thought over to the staff and except for field staff.

Salaries of the employees may be slightly raised and thereby could bring down the
employee turn-over rate in the company to some extent.

These are the few suggestions that I would like to quote with my limited knowledge of the
company during the organizational study in the limited time given to me.

6.3 CONCLUSION:
Like every other company in the service sector Nueva Jobs is slowly but steadily rising
towards becoming a leader in what it does. Since the Government interventions are reduced to a
greater extent and with the provision of special economic zones and reduced tariffs, company
looks forward to extend its operations to other cities as well. With the exposure to the global
market, the opportunities are vast for a company like Nueva Jobs. Since the last decade, Indian
companies have witnessed global players and are well aware of what they have achieved and
what they can achieve. Nueva Jobs are very well aware of these turfs and are ready to face the
competition. Nueva Jobs in particular is concerned with providing best of the quality services to
its clients, be it small companies/large companies.
During my study at Nueva Jobs, I got an opportunity to understand the overall functioning of
the organization and especially with the HR department, as my co-ordination with the company
was mainly through them. It was something different from my theoretical knowledge, how the
services are done and marketed were described by the employees.
The organizational study has given me an outlook about a companys proceedings and I have got
a practical base to my theoretical knowledge so far gained as an M.B.A student.
