Introduction:
Meaning of Organization:
Organization is the foundation upon which the whole structure of management is built.
Organization is related with developing a frame work where the total work is divided into
manageable components in order to facilitate the achievement of objectives or goals. Thus,
organization is the structure or mechanism (machinery) that enables living things to work
together. In a static sense, an organization is a structure or machinery manned by group of
individuals who are working together towards a common goal. Alike 'management', the term
'organization' has also been used in a number of ways. Broadly speaking, the term 'organization'
is used in four different senses: as a process, as a structure of relationship, as a group of persons
and as a system.

information related to the project was also taken from the internet.
1.4 Methodology:
Research methodology is the way to systematically solve the research problem. Research
is the search for the knowledge through objective and systematic method of finding solution to a
problem. The study was based on primary data and secondary data.

1.5 Limitations:
Time is one of the limitations so the intensive study of the concern is hardly
possible.
The depth data could not be collected as certain factors are kept highly
confidential by the management.
The study period is for 4 weeks. Hence the data cannot compute to the longer life

One of the most popular ways of marketing is digital/online marketing, which is most
trending in recent days. Digital marketing is marketing that makes use of electronic devices
such as personal computers, Smartphone, cell phones, tablets and game consoles to engage with
stakeholders. It applies technologies or platforms such as websites, e-mail, apps (classic and
mobile) and social networks. The digital marketing is also called as online marketing/ internet
marketing.

The term digital marketing was first used in 1990s. In the 2000s and the 2010s, digital
marketing became more sophisticated as an effective way to create a relationship with the
consumer that has depth and relevance. In 2012 and 2013 statistics showed digital marketing
remained a growing field.

1993.People were still just beginning to use the web as a mainstream tool at that time, with the

That website was the first example of online content the marketing. There was a section titled

introduce traditional content to online users for mass viewing.

Content marketing is a hot term these days, but its not always well understood because its
a very broad term. Content marketing is any marketing format that involves the creation and

4.2.1 Introduction:
Finance in simple terms means the provision of money at the time when it is required.
Every enterprise, whether big, medium or small needs finance to carry on its operations and to
achieve its targets. In fact, finance is so indispensable today that it is rightly said to be the
lifeblood of an enterprise. Without adequate finance no enterprise can possibly accomplish its
objective.
Finance is very important for the smooth running of the business. It has been rightly
termed as universal lubricant which keeps the enterprise dynamic. Right from the very beginning

4.3.1 Introduction:
The project management office (PMO) is the department or group that defines and
maintains the standards and processes related to project management within an organization. The
PMO strives to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects.
The PMO is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project
management an execution.in some organizations it is also known as program management office.
It is found that using established project management approaches increased success as
measured by projects key performance indicators of quality, scope, schedule, budgets and

6.1 FINDINGS
The study is carried out to meet the challenges faced by the company in the market.
There were limitations like time constraints, employees unwillingness towards providing
information regarding the company, unavailability of record or log books which could
have been a great help towards this report effort, managers do not have time to respond.
Competition is severe in this specific segment and hence there is constant threat from
other existing companies as well as the new entrants to this field.
The team at Nueva Jobs is planning towards other ventures in similar domain.
HR Department:
Employee turnover rate is high and this is mainly because of the low salary and lack of
other employee welfare schemes implemented by the company.

Unpleasant working conditions and job security is also the major reasons towards
employee turnover.
55% of the employees possessed only 1-3 years of experience for the required job, so it
can be called as a company which relies on young and innovative minds rather than old
and experienced personnel.

sources very well.
They looked out for constant sources of funds through which the companys activities

6.2 SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS:
Like any other company in this sector Nueva Jobs faces similar odds, such as employee
turnover and severe competition at the market, however it is recommended that the company
provides employees with better welfare activities and a better pay grade as compared to their
counter parts in the similar industry, so the most valuable resource in the company ie, human
resource stays intact with the company for a longer time.
Company may find more means of improvement into the field of exchange of

Communication is an area of concern for the employers, and it is recommended that the
company looks towards this, as in todays world communication is very important.
It is better to have a strong marketing department for making the new marketing strategies,
in order to face competition in the future.
Flexible timings can be thought over to the staff and except for field staff.
Salaries of the employees may be slightly raised and thereby could bring down the
employee turn-over rate in the company to some extent.

6.3 CONCLUSION:
Like every other company in the service sector Nueva Jobs is slowly but steadily rising
towards becoming a leader in what it does. Since the Government interventions are reduced to a
greater extent and with the provision of special economic zones and reduced tariffs, company
looks forward to extend its operations to other cities as well. With the exposure to the global
market, the opportunities are vast for a company like Nueva Jobs. Since the last decade, Indian
companies have witnessed global players and are well aware of what they have achieved and
what they can achieve. Nueva Jobs are very well aware of these turfs and are ready to face the
competition. Nueva Jobs in particular is concerned with providing best of the quality services to
its clients, be it small companies/large companies.
During my study at Nueva Jobs, I got an opportunity to understand the overall functioning of
the organization and especially with the HR department, as my co-ordination with the company
was mainly through them. It was something different from my theoretical knowledge, how the
services are done and marketed were described by the employees.
The organizational study has given me an outlook about a companys proceedings and I have got
a practical base to my theoretical knowledge so far gained as an M.B.A student.
