The position will constitute part of the Research, Analytics and Knowledge (RAK) unit, KPMGs
knowledge services hub. RAK is integral to the firms strategy of enhancing innovation, building
scalability and improving profitability. This unit is currently 300+ members strong. Below are a few more

This global capability will be deployed to help KPMG practitioners rapidly adapt to changes
in the business environment by: Identifying opportunities in the market; bringing more
evidence based insights to their clients; and on the whole, helping them to be more
successful in the market place
This unit will be a world class Centre of Excellence providing high quality solutions to
internal clients; but it is expected that, over time, some capabilities will be offered to KPMG
clients

Account Management Support team (AMS) was established at KGS in 2010 by Markets as a new
centre of excellence to work, in partnership, with the on-shore Account teams of KPMGs Accounts to
provide support services to help reduce time-consuming operations and support business development
activities.
AMS currently provides support to Accounts and Sectors. The current but evolving services portfolio
includes:
Contractual compliance
Credentials support
Research support
Creative services
Actively work on the enhancing the Sales Enablement / Marketing Support products by
analysis of activity, trends and by obtaining / analysing client/account feedback
Ensure that each work product is well operational and is supported with work
instructions and other guidance material to make product delivery both efficient and
reliable in quality
Work closely with your manager to ensure consistency and quality of reporting support
provided by AMS
Architecting requirements, analysis & providing research insight in other phases across
existing account program ensuring delivery on planned value
Help the account team to increase service opportunities leading to better management
of the account
Work with account teams to affect the content represented on different marketing
collaterals / channels to be the most beneficial and improve operational efficiencies for
the team
Work closely with your manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided
by Platinum program team, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications
The Role - the education, skills and experience we are looking for
MBA/Masters degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes with 2/3 years of experience.
Should have knowledge on intermediate level excel concepts and should be able to create
visually appealing PPTs.
High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high
quality service to the KPMG network
Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management to adjust to different teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and working in a team; excellent relationship development skills
Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities
