LP dosing and HP dosing system in Boilers.

In LP dosing we dose
Cyclohexylamine in feed pump suction and in HP dosing we dose
Trisadiunt phosphate in Boiler drum. We maintain Boiler feed water
pH 8.5 to 9 and Boiler water inside drum at 9.5 to 10.5 and
Phosphate level of 30 ppm. Sometimes we observed that although
Boiler feed water (Pump discharge) pH maintained at 8.5 and
phosphate level in Boiler water is maintained at 30 ppm pH of boiler
water comes down to 9 and with increasing of Phosphate level more
then 50 ppm also pH is not increasing. Ultimately we increased the
Blow down rate and after one or two days parameters are found to
be in normal range which results loss of water and chemical. We
want to know the reason for the happenings and the remedial
measure.
