*Xmas and New Year Gala Dinner is mandatory for all the bookings during
that period, its charges has to be collected by the agent itself at the time
of confirmation.
Terms & Conditions:
Room category subject to availability and rates are subject to change.
In case of emergency rooms may be shifted to equally good hotels.
Check-in at 01.00 noon and check-out at 11.00 morning.
The above rates are on per room per night basis.
For all foreign nationals, on arrival are requested to provide the photo copy of their
passport and VISA.
All FIT/GIT guest/s should present the voucher/exchange order at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 50% Retention Charges &
Cancellation within 07 days of arrival 100% Retention Charges.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
An advance payment should be made before the given cut-off date for confirmation of the
reservations. Full and final payment will be made 3 bank working days prior to the arrival
of the guest. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of
above-mentioned advance/final payments as per schedule.

this special rate. The rates will not be valid if we do not receive a copy of this agreement
duly sealed and signed in original.
