Build book of national clients through prospecting, follow-up, and networking.

presentation of hard and soft copy documentation to team in India.
Mitigated risk and salvaged critical relationships based on wise decisions related to client demands, company policies, and
process examination and reengineering.
Completed on and off-boarding audits as well as VMS submission audits as required contractually by client base including
financial and process adherence.
Direct & matrix supervision of staff of on-site and headquarters- based service delivery professionals including internal

cooperation with Global IT/Systems access audits teams for direct and matrix reports.
