Healthy Lunchboxes
Red Lunches
These will STOP you from being healthy and learning properly. Your lunch should never look like this!
Avoid: Chips, chocolate, sticky fruit snacks, sticky
muesli & breakfast bars, sweet biscuits, small packets of savoury biscuits, lollies, cordial, soft drinks.
These are high in sugar and fat and can cause tooth
decay.

Amber Lunches
These are OK for a treat now and again, but you
shouldnt have them more than once a week.

Green Lunches
These lunches are great to help you GO!
You can have these foods everyday.
