TWINS MANAGER PAUL MOLITOR:

On Trevor Mays injury
He overcame Cruzs double in the first and settled down a bit and kind of got it goingits always scary when your
pitchers get hit like that, especially when their throwing arm is involved. The good news is that the x-rays came back
negative and the right elbow is going to be sorebut hopefully he can rebound and get himself back in there.
On the bottom halfs production
It was a good night offensively from top to bottomEscobar had the home run and Robinson was sharp, Nunez had a
couple hitsI think there were a lot of contributionsif were effectively offensively its going to be because were
balanced.
On the first inning
You like to take advantage of your opportunities earlyyou take the one run, they made a couple misplayswe couldnt
capitalize with a big hit there with two outs but at least we got on the board, thats always a good start.
