deal with it and plenty of coping mechanisms recommended by doctors.

the time and space to talk
about your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes grief doesnt

it can go on for years, either
way a bereavement counsellor

Finally, dont be afraid to talk
about the person who has died.
Perhaps those around you are
scared to mention them in
case it causes upset, but sometimes talking about them can
ease the pain a little.
