Responsible for overall operations and performance of a 65-provider network with 12 locations and annual revenues of $42 Million
affiliated with Ball Memorial Hospital. Led financial turnaround by developing network management team, re-engineered clinics for
increased revenue and reduced overhead.
Directed implementation of new consumer-driven services and established practice and physician productivity benchmarks,
resulting in 23% increase in collections.
Eliminated $12 Million operating loss by redesigning care-model and closure or sale of under-performing practices.
Implemented new physician compensation plan developed with physician-leaders and renegotiated 50+ physician employment
contracts in a 6-month period.
