Job Description
About the Internship
Summer Trainee would get an opportunity to work on a live project in one of the
following practices:
1. Mergers & Acquisition
The incumbent could be put on the live assignment in area of Mergers & Acquisitions
practice.
Summer trainees would be helping the project guide in activities like:
Supporting research and analysis i.e. Market and industry level scaling
Company analysis and profiling
Building target company list/ seller-buyer universe
Working on deal and market multiple analysis
Skills Required:
The incumbent could be put on the live assignment in area of Risk Advisory practice.
This includes working on process consulting (internal audit/SOX/Securitization/Data
analytics/Post merger process integration, etc) and Anti money laundering
assignments:
