Advanced Electronics Company is Saudi Arabian National Organization which deals in most
sophisticated equipments, machinery, national security functions with consultancy provided
on national and International levels. I was assigned a task to get VAR certification as no one
in Saudi Arabia has that before. Started with a limited time and but with management
support, got certified after the successful audit from SAP.
Taking care of overall implementation of SOLMAN and FICO modules, includes ITSM incident,
problem, and knowledge with CHARM management. Other ITIL processes are also configured
for HRDF, while using FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) catering the needs of customer
accounting for HRDF. This project is really special as this has integration with existing
application to transfer and update the data between SAP and NON SAP Applications.
Business process change analyzer (BPCA), availability and technical monitoring for
landscape management.
Proficient knowledge of the various capabilities within Solution Manager 7.1 SP 12; ITSM,
Application Life Cycle Management and IT Portfolio and Project Management; specifically

Responsibilities include managing the group companies in Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh
and Canada region with key obligational modules of FI, CO, BPC and SOLMAN. New
requirements according to business needs are fulfilled. Reporting tool SAP Query technical
