The Tenderer is required to visit the site to inspect
the construction of the structure, etc to be
demolished, adjacent property, to ascertain from the
Authorities the presence of underground cables,
service pipes, safety precaution and protection
requirement, etc as claims on ground of lack of
knowledge of the above shall not be entertained
