Description

SPECIFICATIONS

The Delta Controls RS-485 MS/TP Network Repeater (RPT-768) is an intelligent MS/TP network
repeater.The repeater has easily indentifiable NET IN and NET OUT RS-485 connections.
It can also be powered by two independent power sources to achieve maximum isolation.
The RPT-768 uses an 8-bit processor to optimize the network signal and to provide
autobaud capabilities.

Application
The Delta Controls RS-485 MS/TP Network
Repeater (RPT-768) conditions an RS-485
network so that additional devices or cable
length can be added.The RPT-768 uses
Deltas MS/TP autobaud feature so that
when a networks baud rate is changed
the repeaters timing is changed to match.
No manual configuration is required.

Network Isolation
With a single transformer
the network isolation is 50 Volts
With two isolated transformers
the network isolation is 500 Volts

for any special configuration software
or manual adjustment
