The Interview

Name: Andrew Strittmatter

Company: CPRS Physical Therapy

Date: April 8th 2015

During the interview I asked many questions

about how his average day goes, and also
how communication plays a role in his work
day. He says it is a very crucial part of his
job because he must inform patients why
they are doing stretches and exercises to
help them.

Summary/Conclusion

Therapists work with all different ages of people, and all different kinds of
injuries. They have difficult decisions to make while they try to improve the
health of their patients. They must try and fit their schedule with the
patients schedule to be able to see them on a regular basis, and try to
improve the intensity each time they come in to see if they can do more and
more. I did find out that when they work with a patient who is being rather
stubborn and doesnt want to do a certain exercise the therapist cant make
them do it, the most they can really do is just explain to them how it is going
to help with their injury.
