(TRG) in assisting to establish their clients with the program to relocate them to national and
worldwide destinations. Reviewing and preparing title commitments for closings in the state of Texas,
Lousiana and Oklahoma. Contact with down-liners to make sure title is clear and efficient for the
transferee to sell their home in a timely manner. Ordered payoff statements on the transferee’s
mortgage and home equity accounts and made sure they were imaged and updated in the system so
they may be accessed by the equity and closing departments. Resolved situations and problems that
Cartus would request for resolution on the deed packages and title. Requesting our attorneys to prepare
the deed packages in order for Cartus to close for the transferee in their behalf. Attended to any of the
transferee’s questions involving executing the deed packages. Monitoring daily reports.
