VOW HOA ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES 4.28.15 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. by Board President Rex
Hogue.
2. Introduction of Board of Directors.
3. Quorum was met for meeting.
4. Approval of 2014 Annual Meeting Minutes: Motion made by unnamed
resident, 2nd by Faye Moritz. 2014 Annual Meeting Minutes approved.
5. Rex Hogue called for nominations for Board of Director elections from
the floor and recognized the6 2 candidates: Treasurer Bill Brassfield,
Vice President Rodney Cruz, Residents Dante Cindulla, Jack Skinner,
William Garrett, and Casey Russell. No nominations from the floor. Bill
Brassfield, Rodney Cruz, and Casey Russell elected.
6. Rex Hogue reviewed accomplishments of the HOA for the last 10 years.
7. Introduction of guests:
A. Candidates running for Mayor: David Hillock, Mayor, Curtis
Cornelious, Council Member
B. Candidates running for Little Elm Town Council Place 5: Nick
Musteen
C. Candidates running for LEISD School Board: Libby Daftari, David
Montemayor, Jason Olson.
D. Matt Mueller, Town Manager
8. Matt Mueller presented an overview/update of road construction
projects around the Town of Little Elm with regards to Eldorado
Parkway, FM 720, and FM 423. He also covered Parks and Recreation
Updates to include Harts Branch Park, Recreation Center, Lakefront
District Progress, Beard Park and lake side trail system. He also
presented updates regarding retail/restaurants and new housing
developments as well as the opportunity to expand much needed
police and fire services along 380.

9. VMC not present for update.

Grande Communications gave updates regarding speed and
services, introduced new area representative.

Rex Hogue reviewed violation numbers over the past 4 years and
we have seen an increase in violations especially trashcan violations
and fence violations.

Anecdotal discussion regarding Trash Can policy and potential
changes to it/change process.
13.
Tax Resolution passed unanimously
