Performed various duties such as: School Nurse - Administer prescribed medications and note times and
amounts on patients' chart. Treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing
wounds and performing catheterizations. Work as part of a health care team to assess patient needs,
plan and modify care and implement interventions. Notify Parents, Principal and other necessary disciplines
with necessary information on need to know basis. Charge Nurse In flu administration site- Sign in at designated
site, set up materials, have clients fill out authorization forms and review with client, prep injection site and give
injection monitor clients as protocol states, give info sheet and accept monies. On closing count monies, fill out
necessary forms, set equipment in designated area for pick up. Clean area, sign out. Outpatient Nurse - Record
patients' medical history, vital statistics and information such as test results in medical records. Prepare
treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. Interview patients to obtain
medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. Authorize drug refills and provide
prescription information to pharmacies. Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated
supplies. Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician. Show patients to examination
rooms and prepare them for the physician. Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets and
physicians' instructions to patients. Help physicians examine and treat patients, handing them instruments
and materials or performing such tasks as giving injections or removing sutures. Collect blood, tissue or
other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, and prepare them for testing.
Other Responsibilities
Property Manager - Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and
provide information about local areas. Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits
and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses. Investigate
complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and
regulations. Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of
commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Negotiate the sale, lease, or development of property and
complete or review appropriate documents and forms. Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity,
special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability. Prepare detailed
financial reports for properties
