Kismayo town is controlling by clan of Ogaden as regional administration,
Adan madobe according to Somalia federal government his oppose is
against for working and collaborating with the government because of
tribalism. And 65% Darod other clans are Alshabab armies against the
administration of Juba land. There are 9 other clans like Galjecel, Cormale,
Tuni, Jareer, Bajun, Marehan, Majerten, Bimal and Dagodia they against
Ogaden which is leader, they support Alshabab because of destroying this
Jubaland regional administration.

16.Insecurity of Baidaba town
Baidoa incumbent the clan leader is Asharaf and 70% Rahawein other clans
they against Sharif which is leader of Southern western regional
administration, these clans are a part of Alshabab in Bay and Bakol area
Nesan, Hadama, Joron, Macaliweyne, Dabare, Gare, Wanjeel and Geelidle.
17.Insecurity of Garowe town
Garowe is a town under control by Puntland regional administration which
Gaas is a leader of the government and Gaas from his clan Majerten which
are 50% power shares and control of Puntland administration, 5%
sometimes they lost security because of Alshabab cross border inside
Puntland by Galkacyo south, the clan lives that area in Galkacyo south are
Sacat which from Hawiye Ethnic group they also against the Puntland
administration, there is another clans Leylkase and ortoble which they have
connections Sacat clan because of Alshabab area controlling, together they
lost the security of Galkacyo, that is why Puntland suffering sometimes in
5% insecurity.
18.Insecurity of Mogadishu city
In Mogadishu people who lives there are above 3.5 Million Somali people
which are not excluding NGOs international staffs, UN international staffs
and AMISOM international staffs and soldiers, there are 86 clans which
from 8 different ethnic groups Darod, Hawiye, Dir, Rahawein, Gardere,
Mayle, Jareer and Samo are living there in Mogadishu and they are 65%
Alshabab armies and against the Somalia government which is leader of
Hasan Sheikh from a clan Abgal in Hawiye ethnic group. All clans from 8
ethnic groups they against Abgal clan which is a leader all Somali represents
incumbent government. In Mogadishu there are 5000 soldiers which from
Alshabab ratios at 86 clans share powers and controlling people in threaten
if they not follow the commands from commanders Alshabab in Bakara
Market they will be killed and murdered in slaughtering and bomb suicide
by a person from in their same family member to the death person, that is

why we fled, escaped and run to the refugees camps in Ethiopia, Kenya,
Djibouti and Uganda.
19.Insecurity of Hargeisa city
In Hargeisa the tragedy is clans hates each other, computing the leader of
Somaliland regional administration, political converters from clan devotion
to be winner and leader of Somaliland counties as government
administration, all these clans are Isak, Gudubirse, Arfan and Dhulbahante,
except dhulbahante other 3 clans from same ethnic group which call DIR.
So together these clans are Somaliland administers which they dont have
any respect, collaboration, links to the Somalia government which southern
Somali are leaders at Somalia, that is why they hate southern Somalia
which are the rest of Somali clans are 84 contributing power sharing
governmental system 90% as southern Somalia. The insecurity in
Somaliland is assassination, murdering by political error and political
leaders which they recruiting snipers and killers to the operation against
the other clan which are candidates to be a leader of Somaliland regional
administration.
