Job Summary:

Performs duties in accordance with the instructions received for operations supervisors and
Company SOPs on the subject while ensuring safety of personnel under his command and
security of Cash in Transit / Cash vehicle.

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities

Tasks

Ensure timely turnout of the crew, wearing of clean uniform and road
worthiness of the vehicle.

Performs duties in accordance with the instructions from operations supervisor (Cash).

Collect the cash and deliver the same strictly according to SOP.

Pick up & check the WPPL seals from the operation supervisor on daily basis.

Keep sufficient WPPL cash bags in his cash vehicle to meet day to day requirements of
the clients.

Go on to the prescribed route unless changed by the operations supervisor due to traffic
blockage / poor law and order situation. In this case he will inform the operations
supervisor.

Keep up date the CIT Control Room about every incident.

Ensure proper counting of the bundles of cash and proper filling of Shipment Receipt
Book.

Will not collect / deliver cash with out entry on the Shipment Receipt Book.

Do not transit / keep any cash in the cash vehicle except of an authorized client cleared by
the operations supervisor.

Keep an eye on the activities of his crew.

Ensure that vehicle will not stop at unauthorized place except in case of break down.

Remain alert and ensure that he and the guard always carry weapons with ammunition
while taking cash bags in / out of the vehicle.

Ensure that the vehicle is parked as close to the point of delivery as possible in order to
minimize the risk of attack.

If the vehicle has to be stopped away from the point of delivery of cash due to congestion,
he will ensure that only one cash bag is carried from one point to the other.

Ensure proper filling of the daily trip sheet and depositing the same with the operations
supervisor at the end of the day.

In case of being unable to deposit the shipment in the bank because of various reasons,
shall deposit the same in the vault in the presence of two designated CIT Officers /
Supervisors. He will draw the same next morning and deliver at the delivery point.
Ensure that entire crew comes to the CIT Park on alternate Sunday for maintenance of
vehicle / weapons and undergoing training if planned.

1. Core Competencies Required

Possesses reasonable oral and written communication skills and be able to

communicate with the Control Room on wireless and the client.

Be able to conduct day to day CIT Operations effectively.

Be a good listener with timely problem solving capabilities.
Should be of up-to 50 years of age.
Should be able to manage his crew and have effective control.
Should bear sound moral character.

Rank. JCO and Senior NCOs / their equivalents.

Height. Minimum 5 6.

Medical Category. Aye and physically fit.

Educational Qualification FA. Preference will be given to a graduate.

Height 5 6 except individuals from province of Sindh who can be

accepted with minimum height 5 4.

Medical Category. Aye and physically fit.

Age. 30 to 45 years.
