TheMansdorfFamilyamassedafortunethroughaeronautical,otherbusinessandmodern
daytradesmanactivities.Fourelderswithnochildrenandtwogenerationsofwealthheld
inafamilytrusttotalingbillionsinassets.Thisincludesalmost2,000acresoflandin
Malibu,California,with3linealmilesofbeachfrontproperty;1,000acresinLaTuna

oflandinVenezuelarecordsarestillbeingreviewed.
ThisWhiteCollarCrimeSyndicatehasdraggedtheMansdorfsandtheirfamilytrustassets
throughcomplexrealestateschemes,severalbankruptcycases,andatleastadozencivil
casesinavicious,relentless,unyieldingattacktostealtheentireMansdorffortune

EachCaliforniaCountyhasanAdultProtectiveServices(APS)agencytohelpelderadults
(65yearsandolder)anddependentadults(1864whoaredisabled),whentheseadults
areunabletomeettheirownneeds,orarevictimsofabuse,neglectorexploitation.
CountyAPSagenciesinvestigatereportsofabuseofeldersandreporttotheLocalPolice
Agency.
Ms.Krugeracceptedthecomplaintandimmediatelydeterminedtherewasenough
informationtorefertheMcClanahanmattertoofficiallyforcriminalinvestigationbythe
BeverlyHillsPoliceDepartment.ThePolicekickeditaroundforalmosttwomonths,and
thenrefusedtotakeapositionordoanythingtohelp,claimingnojurisdiction.

Mansdorfsinterestin1,291acresinMalibuusingAssessorsParcelNumbersasthelegal
description(tochillthepublicsrighttobid),andthenattorneyHowardWeinbergforged
thesheriffsdeedbyaddingsevenpagesoflegaldescriptionsfromhisprivatePreliminary
TitleReporttomakethedeedrecordable,afterpricefixingthesaleat$500,000.Thats
right,$500,000for1,291acresinMalibu,thesheriffsdeedisbaseduponalevyafter
death,theissueddeedlackedasinglelegaldescription,andthepurchaserliterallyadded
sevenpagesoflegaldescriptionstotheissuedsheriffsdeed,recordedit,andisnow
attemptingtoquiettitletothepropertywiththatforgeddeed.Thespecialprosecutionunit
