Outlook for May


The Redondo Beach real estate market remains HOT! - despite a few month-over-month data points that
deviated downward in April. While total sales held strong at 79, the market showed support for the median
sales price by limiting the drop to $33K or 3.8%. On a brighter note, the median days to sell fell by 27.6% and
total listings increased by 31.1%!
In the news
C.A.R. reports a 33% bump in homebuyers purchasing median-priced, existing single-family home in
California year-over-year.

According to Zillow, the median home valuation for this cozy beach community grew by 4.4% over the past
year and expectations remain positive growth will continue into 2016.
