Thats a terrible decision on my part. We had first base open, we saw Cruzs first three at-bats, he was chasing some
offspeed stuff and he was 1-8 against Tazawa previously. It didnt work out. Thats a horrible decision on my part.
On the performance of starting pitcher Clay Buchholz
He had command, he threw a lot of strikes, he had every pitch working for him tonight. Pitched ahead in the count for the
most part. Just had the 1-0 fastball to Smith for the solo home run.
