NEWTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT OFFICER LIAM SEABROOK # 95 DASH CAM VIDEO TIMELINE
ACTION TAKEN: On 02/23/13, the DVD of the recording from Newtown Police Officer Liam Seabrook's (# 95) (Car # 13) vehicle video recorder,
was seized from SGT Wisentaner (Newtown PD) by Detective Mudry # 824 and entered as Exhibit # 356C in this ongoing investigation. The DVD is
a recording of Officer Seabrook's response to the Sandy Hook School shooting that took place on 12/14/12. The DVD recording was sent to the
State Police Forensic Lab to be converted into working copies for the investigation. The initial DVD recording was placed onto two separate DVDs.
During the recording of the video, Officer Seabrook was parked in the parking lot of the SHES, facing the northwest (front) side of the school,
between the second and third row of cars from the front. The video is a forward facing view from the cruiser. During the play of the video, it displays
the title of "Car 13 Off Chapman 098."
Video #1 (Lab Submission # 031-1M1) begins at approximately 0933 hours and ends at approximately 1033 hours. Video #2 (Lab Submission #
031-2M1) begins at approximately1034 hours and ends at approximately 1523 hours . The following is a timeline of pertinent events that were
captured by the video recorder and observed and recorded by Newtown PD Officer Jeff Silver and myself while watching the DVDs:

Connors/Wire Rd.

09:42:47 Off. Seabrook arrives and runs to the left side (northeast) of the school to Off. McGowan's location near the playscape. LT Vanghele
drives toward the front entrance of the school.
09:44:33 Activity is observed at the front door of the school (persons are indistinguishable).
09:46:31 Newtown Off. Hull arrives from his HCP assignment near Botsford Hill. Off. Hull parks perpendicular to the front of Off. Seabrook's
vehicle, adjacent to the second and third row of parked vehicles in the parking lot, facing the front of the school. Off. Hull runs toward the front
entrance of the school.

During the playing of video #2, several members of the Newtown Police Department, Connecticut State Police, SWAT personnel, area Police
Departments, Firefighters, and EMS personnel can be seen moving about the parking lot.
The time of the event was obtained by comparing the time stamps on the dash cam videos to the time stamps from the Newtown PD radio dispatch
transmissions. The times were found to be the same.
CASE STATUS: This case will remain active pending further investigation.
