Job Overview
An integrated employer brand management strategy has become a clear necessity within Aon to
build and maintain a competitive edge in the talent market. Keeping employees engaged
internally while ensuring you create salience in the talent marketplace is critical to Aons objective
of positioning itself as an Employer of Choice. In this role, we are looking for someone to lead
the Talent Marketing initiatives for Aon while leveraging both internal and external communication
channels. This person will act as the brand custodian, design and implement campaigns to bring
Aons Employer brand to life. It is imperative this manager brings a strong team orientation, solid
understanding of the technologies involved, solid project management skills and a dedicated
focus on execution.
Key Accountabilities and Desired Performance Results

Help establish and grow Aons Employer brand as an Employer of Choice in the talent
marketplace
Act as the Employer Brand champion and work with key stakeholders within the organization
to drive internal campaigns
Design and implement Employer Brand strategy and ensure consistency across all channels
utilized in India Both Online and Offline channels. Work with external agencies to design
and implement Employer Brand campaigns.

Take complete ownership of Aons social media properties for the India market.
Drive initiatives to engage employees and create brand ambassadors within the organization.
Establish metrics to measure the Employer brand and keep a tab on the brand performance
on a periodic basis.
Create relevant content while collaborating with internal stakeholders to further boost the
employer brand
Understand the Aon Global brand and absorb key messages to build the Employee Value
proposition and Employer brand
Enhance the capabilities of the Aon Careers web sites
Continue to develop and leverage the alumni network.

Key Activities Related to Performance Results

Partner with all appropriate departments including Global Marketing, Internal Communication,
Talent Acquisition , IT, and web development to accomplish goals and execute strategy.
Set goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Monitor, analyze and report on metric data of all social media sites to management (monitor
effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of marketing and social media programs on
sourcing initiatives)
Work with Talent Acquisition and Communications colleagues in India & globally to provide
glocal content to various social media channels. Generate Aon original content to
increase Aons following.
Work through technical challenges (multiple feeds, etc) to resolve issues
Test, pilot and implement new programs.
Vendor management experience involved in PR, Media, Brand and graphic designing
partners, event management companies and advertising agencies
Continually adapt to the changing landscape of career site technology, social media and
social tools.

Effective Interpersonal skills

Collaboration and strong communication skills. The ability to engage and influence
colleagues and senior leadership.
Focus and the ability to drive projects to completion
Analytical mindset to create appropriate metrics along with an ability to extract the right
information to define success and future strategies.

Technical skills
Manage the technical aspects of attracting and engaging with talent, including the
relationships between Aons careers website, SEO optimized landing pages, portals, third
party applications.
Ensure all elements of Aons recruiting architecture are optimized.
Education, Skill and Experience:

M.B.A ( Marketing) with 8- 10 years experience in Employer branding, talent marketing, global
social media tools
Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand management
2+ years experience in digital marketing specifically related to advanced use of Social Media.
Well conversant with creative design and good writing skills.
Experience in community management and facilitation.

Understanding of budgeting process.


Work experience with a professional services company preferred but not mandatory.
