As per curriculum for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCpE) curriculum
of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, an incoming Fourth Year Student is required
to undergo 300 HOURS of On-the-Job Training as an exposure to actual work environment
with regards to COMPUTER ENGINEERING FIELD. They are expected to be trained with
the operation and maintenance of the equipment and other areas that the company could
develop to the student trainee. As such, this opportunity is a venue for them to be wellversed with the actual job and equipped them with knowledge beyond the theoretical ideas
learned from the school.
In line with this, the undersigned would like to request that HEXEL JAMES G. CAPILLO be
allowed to undergo his on-the-job training in your prestigious company. Attached is a copy of
his application letter and resume for your reference and evaluation. He is expected to report
on duty starting April 10, 2015. The trainee is not allowed to start prior to the set date of
start.
The Polytechnic University of the Philippines specifically the Computer Engineering
Department will be grateful for the help in nurturing the next generation of Computer
Engineers; more so, in educating the youth.
