sizes are still navels.

leafy greens are in tight
supply with very high
prices.

stock too!

Asparagus: Prices are


down as demand wanes.
Currently sourcing from
Washington, California,
Mexico and Peru.

Cauliflower: Very
active market. Demand
has far outstripped
supply with very tight
conditions.

Broccoli and
broccoli crowns:
Market has heated up in
the last week.

Italian parsley and


dill: Tight availability
leading to an active
market.

Iceberg and romaine:


Prices on these two leafy
items have declined
significantly.
