No application can be accepted unless accompanied by a cheque for full payment and
completed booking form. No trader will be allowed to occupy stand space until full payment
has been received. Trade stands may be reserved by telephone, but payment must be received
within one week of provisional booking.
All applications for stands will be dealt with in the order of receipt and will be allocated
accordingly if available.

Terms and Conditions

1. Traders must notify AK Events with the number of staff who will be attending Dumfries
Motor Show. (Maximum of four). All additional passengers will have to pay full public
entry fee (2.50 per adult - 1.00 per child)
2. All traders will be responsible for their own insurance to cover this event.
3. No tables or chairs will be provided please provide all your own equipment.
4. Late applications at the discretion of AK Events.
5. Your site is to be left clean and tidy
6. Please note that AK Events reserve the right to cancel or alter any event.
7. All bookings are non-refundable.
8. Gates open at 8am and all vehicles will need to be on site and parked by 10.30am
(With the exception of emergencies or preevent notification, all vehicles should
remain on site until the event finishes at 5pm)
9. AK Events cannot accept liability for any damage to vehicles that occur during the
entirety of vehicles presence on site before, during or after the event, nor on entering
or exiting the event.
10. All vehicles must be left securely.(braked and immobilised with keys removed)
11. No vehicles must be left running unattended
12. Each vehicle will be designated a parking area which the vehicle should occupy for
the duration of the event
13. Visitors are advised to take due care and attention and are responsible for their own
wellbeing.

All rubbish should be removed from the site by vehicle owners

I understand that AK Events reserve the right to refuse admission or to change the programme
without prior notice. Anyone entering this event does so at their own risk and will indemnify
AK Events against any cost or claims made against them, for the loss, injury, or damage
whatsoever.
