TIM GRACE
Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI)
Customer Enquiries Team Leader

Fresh out of Victoria University with an

English Literature degree in 2002, Tim
was assigned to a customer service role by
Amy Williams of Success Executives. Tim
progressed quickly to Team Leader which
saw him developing training programmes
and acting as primary client support
coordinator for 40 SMEs, large corporations,
government agencies and NGOs. This
role laid the foundation for his career in
communications.
In 2008, after the sale of this business
Tim was placed by Otila Osborne with the
Ministry of Fisheries as a Communications
Coordinator. The Ministry of Fisheries
recently merged with MAF and the Food
Safety Authority to become the Ministry
for Primary Industries (MPI). With this
merger Tim was appointed into a team
leader role.
Tim is passionate about his work, he
states as a communications professional it
is my job to make dealing with the ministry
easy and informative.
MICHAEL BAILEY
Principal Sales Consultant
Oracle Corporation
After completing high
school in the UK,
Michael returned to
New Zealand with
his family in 2001.
As with most young
people uncertain
of their direction

Michael decided to gain some practical

work experience before embarking on higher
education.
Michael was recommended to Otila who
within the week placed him with Datamail
now Datam (part of the New Zealand Post
group.) Starting as an admin cadet this role
served to open up a number of opportunities
across a range of areas including finance,
sales support, professional services and
account management.
After 10 successful years which saw
Michael progress through the ranks of
Datamail and the NZ Post Group leading
to senior roles in Auckland, he decided to
relocate to Wellington.
In 2012 he joined Oracle Corp as a
Principal Sales Consultant where he is
responsible for analysis of customer business
needs while leading the development of
solution strategies and delivering highly
customised demonstrations of Oracle
products and services. Oracle Corporation
is a high profile American multinational
computer technology corporation employing
115,000 people worldwide.
CHRISTINA LONGLEY
Lighting Consultant
Aesthetics Lighting
Christina has an
extensive background
in Sales/Marketing,
Retail Management and
Event Management.
She has worked in a
variety of roles from
National Sales &
Marketing to Regional
Sales Manager. In 2008 Otila Osborne placed
Christina into an Account Management role
in the architectural lighting industry. The
combination of Christinas flair for interior
design, extensive experience in retail sales
and management escalated her in the
industry.
With a diverse range of skills and
interests Christina manages to juggle her
already busy life with her full time role as a
Lighting Consultant and her two successful
businesses. Rockmybaby is a Wellingtonbased Babysitting & Nannying Agency and

C4K is a business providing Confidence

Building Workshops for Children.
Christina is a passionate lady, enthusiastic
and positive in her outlook. She runs
Laughter Yoga workshops, loves children
and choses to put her energies into areas of
benefit to the future generation and society.
Her interests include tramping, yoga,
spirituality, movies, music and laughter yoga.
Christina sees life as an adventure and
she looks forward to the opportunities every
day brings.

March 6. Otila is hosting a function at
the Hutt Chamber of Commerce at which
renowned business woman Theresa Gattung
will speak about her role in business and
as current President of the Wellington
SPCA. Donations received on the day
will go to support the Wellington SPCA.
