This instrument is executed by and between ABUBAKAR SALIK, Filipino, of
legal age, and a resident of Lutayan Proper, Sultan Kudarat, hereinafter referred to as the
DONOR, and the MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LUTAYAN, SULTAN
KUDARAT, hereinafter referred to as the DONEE, represented by
DATU RADEN C. SAKALURAN, married and a resident of Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat,
in his capacity as Municipal Mayor.
Witnesseth:
That the DONOR is a registered owner of real property which is more
particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 9, Css-12-000201-D containing an area of
THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTYFIVE (31,655) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated
in Lutayan Proper, Tacurong City, Province of Sultan
Kudarat.
That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for
the DONEE, said DONOR, by these presents, transfers and conveys, by way of
DONATION, unto said DONEE the above-described real property;
That the DONOR do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this
donation, that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support
him in a manner appropriate to his needs;
That the DONEE do hereby accept the donation of the above-described real
property, and do hereby expresses its gratitude, thru the Municipal Mayor, for the
kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
