Body & Soul Expo Vendor Agreement

The Body & Soul EXPO will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October. 3, 2015.
Doors will close at 5:00, but the venue will remain open until 6:00 for participants who have paid the
attendance fee.
Vendor applications must be accompanied by a check for the entire payment amount, as calculated on the
previous page. Applications without full payment will not be considered.
Event coordinators will notify vendors by email if their application is been approved or not. If your
application is not accepted, your check will be returned to you. Fees cannot be refunded once an application
has been approved.
Booth assignments will be at the discretion of the organizers, and notification of booth assignments will be
emailed in a timely manner.
Early set-up will be available on Friday October 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Convenient unloading is
accessible through a private entry to be used by vendors only. Mall security will be on duty over night to
assure the safety of vendor possessions. Set up time on Saturday, October. 3 is from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. All
vendors need to be ready by 9:45.
Booth sizes are approximately 10 x 10. Because of the space layout, some booth sizes will vary. The total
vendor space will not be less than 100 square feet.
A limited number of tables, electrical outlets, and display shelves are available. These will be reserved on a
first come/first served basis.
Each booth rental includes 1 chair. Vendors must bring their own tables, unless one is reserved on this
application form. Vendors must bring any additional chairs, electrical cords, or other equipment that is
needed for their booth.
Vendors must vacate the EXPO space by 6:30 p.m. on October 3, 2015.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
I have read and understand all of the information in the Body & Soul expo Vendor Application and agree to
comply with guidelines provided. I certify that I am either insured or assume personal liability for any
damage, injury or other incident that might result from my participation in the expo.
