RULE IV
REGISTRATION
AND LICENSINGOF
ECONOMICAND SOCIALIZEDHOUSINGPROJECTS
Section 13. Application for Registration
A. Common
Requirements
No subdivisionor condominiumintendedfor economicand socializedhousingshall
be sold unless it has been registeredand issueda Licenseto Sell in accordance
with these Rules.
Upon receipt of Verified Survey Retums of subdivisionplan from the Land
ManagementSec{or,the danelopershall cause the registrationof the projec{with
the Boardby submittingthe followingdocuments:
