Introduction of islamabad
The capital city of Pakistan, Islamabad is located in the northwest of the country on Potohar
Plateau. This area has been significant in history for being a part of the crossroads of the
Rawalpindi and the North West Frontier Province. The city was built in 1960 to replace Karachi
as the Pakistani capital, which it has been since 1963. Due to Islamabad's proximity to
Rawalpindi, they are considered sister cities.
Basically it is known by the management of HEMC that Working of Faisalabad Company in
Islamabad is not easy deal to get the process done due to several competitors in capital . But
considering all the problems and all things known by the HEMC management so that in order to
get rid of risk and working in new city HEMC has signed a Turnkey Contract with the local
Miltronix management and got the permission by the Federal government to start the work .It
was a great project for HEMC Islamabad and HEMC management well aware of its important.

By making of Turnkey Contract Deal we got many of advantages which are given bellow.

Obtain extra income for technical know-how and services

Reach new markets not accessible by export from existing facilities

Quickly expand without much risk and large capital investment
