for express catering...

Orders should be placed at least 48 hours prior to your event. We will do our best to
accommodate orders placed with less notice. Holiday weekend orders must be approved by
Luke Palladino and a food/beverage minimum is applied.
Please let us know when ordering if you would like on-site staff for your catered event.

Orders are provided on disposable equipment. Disposable plates, flatware, glasses and
napkins can be provided if requested for a charge of $1.50 per person. Beverage options
are also available on request.
Delivery service is available and is billed as follows:
0-5 miles of Linwood, NJ - $15
5+ miles of Linwood, NJ - $25
Payment:
A 50% credit card deposit is required at the time an order is placed. The balance is due on
the date of the catered event. The balance may be charged to a credit card, or cash or check
may be provided at the time of pick-up/delivery.
Cancellation:
48 business hours is required for cancellation, and all cancellations will be subject to a
cancellation fee. Orders cancelled with 24-48+ hours is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is subject to payment in full.
